Due to the digital nature of my products - including online courses, downloadable materials, and digital recourses - all sales are final, and refunds are not offered, unless otherwise stated.
Once access is granted to digital content, it cannot be returned, revoked, or "unseen", which is why refunds are not typically provided.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered at my sole discretion. These may include:
- Duplicate purchases made in error

If a participant violates my Terms & Conditions - including but not limited to:
- Sharing login details
- Redistributing course materials
- Harassment or inappropriate behaviour in course-related spaces
Access may be revoked without refund.
5. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered:
- All payments are required regardless of course completion
- Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access
- No refunds will be issued for partial payments already made
6. Not Therapy or Professional Services
All products and courses offered by Her Self Worth are for educational and informational purposes only and are not substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Refunds will not be issued on the basis that the content did not meet therapeutic or clinical expectations.
