Growing up I was extremely shy, self-conscious and anxious. I struggled with social anxiety and would always mask who I really was out of the fear of rejection. I never felt I could be myself at school and because of this, I lost who I really was. I would constantly let other people walk over me because I was afraid to stand up for myself, and I just never felt good enough for anything I desired in life.

When I was in my teens around the age of 16, I hit rock bottom with my mental health and that was when I knew something had to change. I hated the fact that I wasn't confident in who I was and I knew deep down that I deserved to be.

This is when I started my self-love & healing journey so I could work on becoming the best version of myself. I have learnt an incredible amount on this journey so far including growing a healthy/positive mindset, reprogramming my subconscious limiting beliefs, healing past painful experiences and how they impacted my self-esteem, and how to set goals and constantly grow as a person.

And that's the story behind why I chose to start Her Self Worth. I know exactly how you feel reading this right now because I have been through the struggles of not knowing how to love yourself too. I want to help, inspire and educate as many women as possible on how they can build healthy relationships with themselves where they no longer doubt their worth. Because NO ONE ever deserves to feel unlovable, unimportant or not enough!!!
