For years, I struggled with social anxiety, overthinking, fear of rejection, and constantly worrying about how other people perceived me. Deep down, I wanted connection, confidence, and to fully be myself - but fear kept pulling me back into hiding, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.

What I didn’t realise at the time was that social anxiety wasn’t just about confidence.

So much of it was rooted in feeling unsafe to be seen, and this fear of being judged, rejected, or not accepted for who I truly was.

As I started healing my self-worth, challenging the beliefs I carried about myself, and slowly teaching my brain and nervous system that it was safe to show up as me, things began to change.

That’s why I created The Social Anxiety Reset.

It's a supportive first step to help you understand the root of social anxiety, break the cycle keeping you stuck, and start building safety, confidence, and trust within yourself again.
