You'll be welcomed into the course, given your materials, and introduced to the transformation ahead. I'll also share my personal story with the rejection wound so you feel supported, seen, and less alone at the very start.
You'll explore what the rejection wound is, how early experiences create subconscious beliefs around rejection and how these beliefs impact your self-esteem, identity & daily life. You'll also learn why patterns like social anxiety & people-pleasing develop.
This is where the healing begins. You'll uncover the root cause of your rejection wound, start gently processing the emotions you've been carrying, unmask the limiting beliefs formed from past experiences, & learn a daily practice to begin reprogramming them.
You'll identify your triggers and coping patterns around rejection, learn how unmet emotional needs play a role, and develop healthier ways to meet those needs. You'll also learn what to do in the moment when you feel triggered by rejection.
This module is about rebuilding the relationship with yourself. You'll learn to detach your self-worth from rejection, stop fearing judgement, & develop self-compassion so you can show up as your authentic self with confidence.
You'll learn practical tools to ease social anxiety, overcome fear of vulnerability, and build confident, healthy connections - including setting boundaries, expressing your needs, and navigating dating without fear of rejection.
In this final module, you'll learn how to stay grounded when healing feels hard, remain accountable to yourself, and create a personalised healing routine so you can integrate everything you've learnt into your daily life.

I know what it feels like to live in fear of rejection, because for years, that was my reality. Growing up I struggled with social anxiety, low self-esteem, and a constant need to please those around me. I hid my true self because I was terrified of not being accepted.
Bullying left me deep wounds, and by my teens my self-worth felt non-existent. Every rejection or moment of being left out felt like proof that the belief ‘I’m not good enough’ was true.
But hitting rock bottom became my turning point. I began healing my past wounds, reprogramming my painful beliefs, and learning to love myself. And everything changed - I built confidence, self-worth, and finally felt free to show up as me.
That's why I created this course. Because I know the pain of living in fear of rejection - and I also know how life-changing it is to break free from it.
Alongside my own healing journey, I’ve completed certificate training in life coaching and trauma-informed approaches, which has deeply shaped how I guide this work — with care, compassion, and an understanding of how the nervous system and subconscious mind respond to rejection.

This course is a self-guided healing and personal development program designed to help you understand and heal the rejection wound, build self-worth, and change unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns.
Many of the exercises inside are inspired by psychology-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. However, this course does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
If you are currently in therapy, this course can be a powerful complementary tool to support your healing between sessions. If you feel you need professional support, I always encourage you to seek it.
